Most companies are already experimenting with AI chatbots, but the real value emerges when AI starts to safely help with concrete business processes. In this hands-on workshop we will show how the Microsoft Agent Framework can be used to design a solution where multiple specialized AI agents collaborate — an agent that understands the request, an agent that works with documents, an agent that checks rules, and an agent that prepares the result for a human.
Participants will walk through a typical business scenario: processing an unstructured request, extracting information, deciding on the next step, involving a human in approval and preparing output for an internal system or customer communication. The workshop is not only about technology, but also about architecture, security, output control, auditability and the boundaries of AI autonomy.
The goal is to show how to think about AI agents practically — not as a “magic chatbot”, but as a managed digital team with clear roles, rules, tools, and a place where the decision must remain with a human.
